We have 5 CNC Machines in our workshop from a CNC Teach Centre Lathe to a 24 tool vertical machine centre with Cad-Cam software.

Vertical Machining Centres Both these machines are used for complex one-offs and medium to high quantity multi opp components.
Colchester Tornado 80 and 100
Featuring 12 Station VDI turret and fanuc control. The Tornado 100 has automatic bar feed and is used for medium to high quantity batch work. The Tornado 80 is solely a chucking machine.
CNC Centre Lathe
The CNC centre lathe is ideal for one-offs and small run off's with anilam conversational control and the capacity to machine from 5mm to 240mm x 850l

In the next 6 months we hope to purchase a bigger CNC Turning Centre with a bore capacity up to 100mm.
